Personal Statement

My personal statement will give you an excellent overview of how I operate my multi level marketing business's and deal with mlm training for those I recruit into my business.

I have a strong retail background starting in the late 70's with major department stores, specialty stores and wholesale establishments.  My background also includes working in the Medical field as an assistant in administration and medical procedures to a pediatric specialty group.  I also used my medical skills and knowledge working for an Insurance company for a short time.

In the early 90's my professional career shifted to Human Resources for several different retail groups and industrial and manufacturing company's.  My last corporate position was with the Cable TV industry. My HR experience covered all aspects of human resources including pushing paper, recruiting, hiring, and training and employee relations.

I started my own business after being laid off from my job in 2004 because of a work related injury and the financial decline within the company I was employed.
